Today is my sweet and hilarious friend Arley‘s birthday. Knowing how much she loves cake truffles, I was not the least bit surprised when she said that’s what she wanted her gift to be. Well, I was more than happy to oblige!
Tis the season for peppermint, so I made her some peppermint cake truffles. I dipped one dozen in white chocolate and the second dozen in dark chocolate. Add some crushed peppermint candies and a few chocolate drizzles and Voilà! A box of delicious treats is born.
Happiest of birthdays, Arls! I love you to the moon and back.
